You have reaped what you sowed...
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers. Galations 6:9-13
We all are aware that this was a difficult economic year, but God provided and secured fundraising opportunities that were not only successful but allowed many of us to get to know each other which grew a stronger sense of community at our wonderful school.
We want to thank the amazing administration for their guidance and leadership with the United We Stand Auction and Gala. A special thanks to the many loyal underwriters and silent auction supporters for their contributions, time and gifts.
Praise God for He has blessed Wesley Academy with an abundance that we are all sure will not stop here!
God bless you and Wesley Academy,
Lorett Cuadra and Christina Greer

What is SCRIP ? ? ?
What is Scrip? Which retailers participate in the Scrip program?
We have many retailers listed on the Wesley Academy Order Form. You can also go on-line to http://www.shopwithscrip.com/ click the SHOP tab and start shopping on-line!! You will have to sign in and enter the code CF12D2392291L so that Wesley receives the credit for your purchase. If you want to purchase scrip for a retailer not listed on our order form, just write it in on the bottom of our order form and we will order it for you.
How does Scrip generate revenue for Wesley Academy?
Every Scrip purchase from a participating retailer results in Wesley Academy receiving 2%-15% of the purchase price (percentage varies according to individual retailer agreement). For example, if you purchase a $100 HEB card to use for groceries, Wesley Academy will receive 4%, or $4 from that purchase. Scrip is "shopping cart fundraising" since it can generate revenue for Wesley Academy from your regular household purchases. So rather than paying retailers directly, buy Scrip gift cards and then do your shopping. There's no additional cost to you, you buy these cards at face value!! It creates additional revenue for Wesley Academy and an alternative to supporting our school.
How do I purchase Scrip?
How do I find out more?
Please contact our Scrip coordinators listed below for any additional questions!
All proceeds will go towards the continued effort of our goal of $150,000 to benefit the United We Stand Annual Auction 2010 and Wesley Academy programs.

3rd Grade - Following in His Footsteps Artwork
We will be emailing a master list of acquisitions to all Wesley Parents next week. Please look over the list to see if there are any familiar businesses that you may have a relationship with already. If so, please consider approaching them about the letter we have mailed and their interest in a gift certificate, merchandise or financial donation!
Section Sponsors
Much like the golf tournament holes, we would like each silent auction section at the auction to be sponsored. This is a great way for the entire student body, their parents, First United Methodist Church members and over 275 guests at Royal Oaks Country Club to view your company or family's support for Wesley Academy.
A former and generous Wesley Academy family has donated $10,000 towards the Annual Auction!! The plan for this donation is to be used for a tuition drawing in the live auction!
Thank you to those wonderful parents that attended this mixer - We appreciate your loyal support and time!
