Underwriters...Thank you!!

One of the hardest things to do as an Auction chair is to raise money to underwrite the costs that entail putting together such a large event as the annual auction. This year, all the current underwriter support that has been generously donated towards auction fundraising has been nothing short of PHENOMENAL!!

Without invitations being sent out yet, our underwriters and all the fundraising efforts throughout the school year have helped us raise over $50,000!! We are so thrilled over your response of this years efforts to raise money for our GREAT school. Thanks to all who have committed financially so far..

Happy New Year 2010 !!

Right before the Christmas break Sherry Fox and Christina Greer put a Christmas basket together for our December drawing. The winners were Robert and Sharon Hinojos! A special thank you to Sherry, Christina and everyone whom participated in the drawing.

As we all settle back into our "normal" routines we are so eager as the days count down to the annual auction! We'd like to inform you of the following information you've helped with in ensuring a great success:

Over $5,000 has been raised in basket drawings, monthly mixers, family events, Scrip orders and auction jersey sales!

Almost $15,000 has been raised in table underwriting!! We have over $25,000 in silent and live auction items!!

We still have a long way to go and we are hoping for your continued support in donating items we still need. These next two - three weeks are crucial in getting all of our acquisitions in...Here are just a few examples of things, but not short of what we are looking for...
